Programme Manager (項目經理) (Ref: HKCLSS/REC/JCPM-2026/1)

(Jockey Club Charities Trust Project)

Duties & responsibilities:

• Implement the project plan of “Capacity Building for Lifeguards Programme” funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust;
• Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, adjusting as necessary to achieve desired outcomes;
• Monitoring project expenditures and managing project resources;
• Assess the reports and monitor the progress of approved projects from the grantees, provide consultations and prepare relevant documents required for funding disbursement;
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the HKCLSS, Jockey Club and other governing bodies;
• Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by the superior(s).

Qualification and experience required:

• Degree holder;
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in (1) Sports (2) Accounting or (3) Marketing – related fields;
• Programme planning and project management related experience is definite an advantage;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Good command in spoken Putonghua is an advantage);
• Proficient in PC applications (MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing);
• Experience in web site management.

Benefits:

• Monthly salary：HK$ 29,000
